Whats your next planned event? I know it's off season, but you can still sometimes find muddy trail runs, I've found one thats in January, very muddy, and you start just before dark! Making it interesting, last year there was snow!
Thanks,
I am starting to increase my running and mountain biking and start my swimming... I am shooting for feb. for a sprint Tri... I just need to put my head down and keep on track.. how long have you been doing Tri's
