How I Started:
I had been working out/bodybuilding off and on for several years, but decided to really get "serious" and see where I could go with it. Originally got started "back in the day" when it definitely wasn't cool for girls to work out with weights....at least not in "Smalltown, USA where I live. Got lots of hassle over it , and actually had my boyfriend back then tell me "it was either him or the weights". Needless to say here I am today, still flexing my muscles, and hitting the gym with gusto.
Why I Love It:
It sets me apart from the masses....I refuse to settle for mediocrity.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by seeing the results of all my hours spent in the gym. I think once you start seeing results it becomes an addiction. Plus I love the competitiveness I feel in the gym. Anything you can do, I can do it too, and then some. Watch out guys!
BB Accomplishments:
So far, I think my biggest accomplishment is finally seeing my legs begin to "muscle up" after lots of concentrated effort......no major accomplishments in the BB world, but stay tuned...:)
