I agree completely with you - we are all works in progress, both on the inside and out - time will pass anyway, why not make the most of what you've been blessed with? Thank you so much for your support and vote. You can vote everyday if you are so inclined. I really appreciate all the kind words - hope to talk to you again soon - oh, just a question for you - may I ask how you tore the rotator cuff? any warnings?
I'm hearing more and more encouragement from others to get on the stage especially after the last set of progress pictures, but you are right, choosing the right category would be something to consider, and there is the expense involved too
Regarding physique competitions, I am of the same viewpoint as you are :) For this competition, it is a mix of the voting plus other requirements which will come later after finalists have been chosen. The final people will have to compete in person. The winners get an opportunity to appear in Ironman magazine -
I think you'll have a lot of time to really think about your options during your post-op and rehab, and the change of location will certain be good for your spirits :) No matter what you choose, I'm confident you'll be a success - there is no one right path I believe. The current contest I am in is for the spokesperson contest - I have the link up. Were you asking about competititons?
So, are you going to be home in 2 weeks? That's fantastic! I am so sorry about the rotator cuff - I know that affects your range of motion - I am confident with your physique and dedication you already have, that rehab won't be as terrible as for other people. That's awesome news about the sponsor!!!! Those are hard to get. So, will you be in Hawaii when you get back, or home first, and then Hawaii?
oh no! What happened? What are you dealing with? Thanks for the kind words - it is really great to hear from you! I am back in school now for the fall - it's the 4th week on monday. Last week I was battling a cold on top of allergies - not so great but feeling better - otherwise training's been great
Lookin great, my friend. Glad to see you still on here. I was a bit worried about my Bodyspace friends in Afghanistan. Hearing some bad reports stateside. Thanks, again, for your service.
Jim
Hey bro, welcome to the BodyGroup.
I reference to your question on flexibility, be motion specific. Want to throw head kicks, do drills with a partner throwing high kicks at one another back and forth. Eventually your kicks will get higher. The same thing applies for bjj. Best of luck in the cage!!
