How I Started:
i was in great shape when i was younger. i was in karate for 7 years then i wrestled for my high school for 3 years. i want to get back into that kind of shape. i got many videos, magazines and things to set up a workout plan for myself.
Why I Love It:
i dont love it yet. i did when i was younger. im trying to get that mentality again. i worked out anytime i got bored. sometimes i would do karate for 6 hours a night.
How I Stay Motivated:
i hate the way i look and i want to be hot for my wife. i feel very unhealthy too. i want to live a long happy life.

i want to lose fat quickly. how often and for how long should i do cardio? i do about 20 mins. a day right now, i heard u should do more though.
