MY FITNESS GOAL IS TO LOSE 50 POUNDS AND COMPETE IN A LOCAL CONTEST BEFORE MY 40TH BIRTHDAY IN AUGUST..
Goal (Long):
I HAVE BEEN FIT AND THIN MOST OF MY LIFE.I WANT TO FEEL AND LOOK GREAT AGAIN AND COMPETE IN THE FUTURE. I MOVED TO GEORGIA AND BECAME VERY DEPRESSED.DUNKIN DONUTES AND CHICK-FIL-A BECAME MY COMFORT ZONE. I NEVER ATE FAST FOOD AND NOW IT'S MY HABIT..(YUK) .
I just thought that I would drop you a line to tell you that my wife, and your friend (bodyspace: judimax) is having a birthday on Saturday April 5th and is turning 48. I think she looks fantastic for not only 48 but for any age, but then again I am biased. If you get a chance she would be surprised (and love it) if you would drop by and wish her a Happy Birthday.
I bring turkey burgers (plain) cottage cheese, boiled eggs, frozen veggies and brown rice to work. Also chicken breast of course. I am a tupperware queen. I also pre make meals on sundays and weds for the week and package or freeze them up for later. Makes alot less work when you have kids who dont want to eat what you eat
I have a sample diet for going lean on my profile and pick up the book "the eat clean" diet by Tosca Reno. I will be 40 in July and pretty much am just getting started. Moms gotta stick together!!
You can make your fitness dreams come true. I lost over 50 lb’s and dropped my bodyfat from 36% to 10% and my wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from size 12/14 to 4/6 in only 12 weeks by following the Body for Life program.
