I started body-building in High School and really liked the results that I saw.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because you're able to see for yourself the progress you're making with alot of hard work. You and only you are responsible for the outcome. You will be able to see how strong and disciplined you can be when you really put your mind to it!
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because of the pride I take in myself to accomplish whatever I set out to do!

I am really happy to report that my new training program is working, and the increase in strength I am achieving feels awesome. I work each muscle group once a week and the majority of exercises I do, increases in weight lifted around 10-20 lbs. Previously I only increased around 5 pounds...
