How I Started:
I've always worked out over the years, but was never too serious about it. I played soccer and hockey while in high school so I was a fairly skinny guy but no real muscle definition or strength. While in college I played a few intramural sports but it was never a consistent thing and I needed an outlet for my stress and energy. Working out makes me feel great, I love doing it, and I'll keep doing it all my life!
Why I Love It:
I really love the feeling the day after, being sore and knowing that I got a good workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
By looking at my friends and seeing how I can improve myself. Several of them already have bodybuilder physiques and I want to be able to match up to them. Plus the feeling I get when someone compliments me is intoxicating. It really makes me feel like all the hard work pays off.

Ten pounds away from my goal of 200, keeping at it!
Goal (Long):
I have a lot of friends that are very well built and I want to be able to measure up next to them. For a long time I've always just been an average guy, now I'm looking to be better than that. I want to completely change my form and challenge myself to greater heights.
Always upbeat and surprisingly personal, she embodies what a great female bodybuilder should be. Plus if I could have abs like hers, I'd be a happy guy!
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
I try to rest as little as possible to keep my heart rate up, usually about 30 seconds to 2 minutes if I'm changing weights.

Where do you mainly workout?
Gym
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
The gym in my home town isn't bad, just at certain times there are a lot of middle aged creepy guys that only come in to check out the high school girls that come there. The campus gym at my school is great, it can just be busy at times. The gym in my home town isn't bad, just at certain times there are a lot of middle aged creepy guys that only come in to check out the high school girls that come there.
