How I Started:
I began trainging hard and eating correctly in the summer of 2003 after ripping both my left and right hamstring during a baseball game. After meeting with a nutritionist he said i had to lose weight in order to play college baseball.
I began trainging hard, however it was not until the summer of 2007 that i began to lift and eat for bodybuilding competitions.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Music usually works. But days on which i find myself lacking the drive because im tired, i think about how many people say what i am trying to do is dumb or a waste of my time or i think about how fortunate my life is compared to other people and how i should not waste a moment of my precious timeMusic usually works. What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
Incline walk for at least 40 minutes up to 60 minutes.I vary depending on my lift that day and energy level
As far as body fat, I have been doing blogs and videos to share what I know. When I want to drop a little, I make sure to tighten up on my portion sizes. Small meals every 2 1/2 - 3 hours really works.
