The Xtend works great.. gives me a bit more energy and helps recovery. You should talk to "(seriously)" ..he got me started and it worked even better for him..LOL

Lean muscled and ripped physique already. Thick neck and traps, solid work on delts, arms, chest and abs. Back getting thickly muscled and wide. Great job so far. Andre
