Yes
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
I like having a workout partner because they push me to limits i would not be able to reach by myself. Its also nice to have someone to talk to during workouts

Workout Program:
i use westside for skinny bastards mixtures of versions 1 and 3

MONDAY
Incline barbell bench press (regular grip or close grip)

Flat DB bench press (palms in or out) 2 sets 20 with 40 lbs

superset-3 sets of 10 right now (i go up at least 2 reps every week)
Seated cable rows...

My dead max on here is what I did 3 months after knee surgery and I just haven't maxed out in it since then haha...I usually rep out 600x3 for rack deads (just below the knees) so I'm guessing I could probably get around 500 for deadlift...maybe a lil less. but thanks for the compliment on bench and squat!

If you are looking for some cheap stuff, I hate to say it but Wal Marts NO Xplode knock if is pretty good, and if you have some cash, stack NO Xplode with Gakic, and or leukic, I got some wild gains when I used that stuff, mostly in strength, Im not as strong now though, lost quite a bit of weight

I stopped taking that crap a long time ago. Just stick with the basics, Protein and creataine. That Ignition is a waste. Its a ploy to reap some more money out of you, that is why they push it.
