I train Chest first in the week because it consists of all pushing movements in general, I then go on to train Back the day after...

im a little confused about your questions so i'll try to answer it the best i can. I like the protien, everyone needs extra protien in order to grow, the Cell mass and the no-xplode i'm off cycling on that but the no explode helped me have energy starting on the slow days, and for the cell mass, i did the same program i was doing the month before,but included the cell mass and started growing more than i was before.
Already quite muscular and getting ripped. Solid definition on traps, delts, abs, solid lats and ripped back to name a few here. Lee and Dorian certainly two greats to lookk up to and aspire to. GO FOR IT and keep us posted. Andre
