Well I was happy with my progress last week and that I made both my weekend cardio sessions. I lost 4.5lbs and I feel alot better. I also did not write anything down all weekend. I plan to get back in that habit today.

Hey! Yeah I know. I have been gone for a bit. I not only let myself get derailed, I didn’t dish out the encouragement to my friends. I apologize.
