Well I was happy with my progress last week and that I made both my weekend cardio sessions. I lost 4.5lbs and I feel alot better. I also did not write anything down all weekend. I plan to get back in that habit today.

Hey Harry!! How have you been? seems like forever since the last time i talked to you. BABY??? if so then CONGRATS!! my baby graduated and will be 18 on the 24th...cherish every moment they grow to fast!! I am off to Texas for 13 weeks hoping to make my transformation while i am down there and away from kids...lol!! let me know how your doing!!
