How many days per week do you do cardio?
What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I really like to swim just because it is nice and easy on the joints. But a good run always feels good as well

Yes, I highly recommend the supplements on my profile page, Beverly International stuff - I use the stuff listed all the time! Also, check our the biceps video and negative video from steveP78! I've been using both of those in my routines! ~Ray

Good to hear you are on QUICKMASS for your gains - make sure you are taking it at the 4 scoop amount per serving for fastest gains, once when you wake up and once after you work out. As for a good routine did you try the one on the QUICKMASS site? It was based on the training in the California State University? It was based on the study performed to evaluate the lean mass gains with 1010 calories - http://www.quickmass.com/ click on "The Program" and then "Workout Guidelines"
