Things are going really well, How are things going with you? I am currently doing Cardio 45min 5days a week, kickboxing 1 day a week, ABS class 2days a week & weight traing class 2 days a week. It is amazing how much more energy I now have! I love the support from you guys! THANK YOU Let me know what you are doing.

Thnaks, I will make the adjustment, I take a multivitamin & drink a protien shake for breakfast& one before my workout in the evening , should I be taking any other supplements? Just wondering???

Thank you so much for asking, drinking a gal. of water a day, Ellithical machine 1 hour 6days a week keeping heart rate in the cardio range, weight resist. class 2 days a week and kickboxing 1 day a week. I just started this week with eating better it's my first planned food week going good. I am motivated!! any suggestions?
