I was thinking....if you wanted to keep yourself movin' even on your off days - going for a relaxing walk around your neighborhood or around the park would keep you active without over doing it. *just some food for thought* --- Good Night
I would consider adding in Omega-3 Fish Oil Vitamins - One capsule (1200mg) with Breakfast and then at Lunch. Omega-3 is an essential fatty acid. It's good for you in so many ways and could possibly help lower bad cholesterol levels and increase the good.
I'm so happy to see that you're taking action towards your goals and not just talking about the things you want to change. *bravo CJ* My only suggestions would be to cut back on the cardio. 30-40minutes, 3-5 days a week is more than enough for the average person. Plus, be sure to take "off days" to allow your body to rest and recuperate. Train Smart and I promise that you'll make consistent progress!
Thanks CJ,
I will let her know what you said. She is too busy playing with her new mp3player to give me any real attention now, so I will wait for her to finish playing. LOL If you go out tonight to celebrate, please be safe and watch out for all the crazies out there. For some reason, they think partying and drinking and driving is o.k.... I don't get it!!
