I was always more into cardio and did some circut training. A friend @ work who was into weight training needed a WO partner and talked me into putting more of an emphasis on weights... hooked instantly :D

Big harris :D Man, i got kinda sick of tryin to swim thru the sea with none of the regulars there...so i just gave up and drowned :( haha...i've been over in the exercise and journal section mostly...been taking my training up a notch too...just started DC training. How's that back man?? Got full mobility yet?? Pullin 6 plates yet?? :D
