I just do what I feel like at the time and keep it high in protein and low in fat!
I enjoy cooking so my meals vary greatly depending on what i feel like. No processed or premade meals, and generally low in fats and high in protein and carbs. Love the bulking phase, I can eat whatever and how much I want! (as long as its in the guildines of course)

I use them for what they should be, a supplement to a lean, protein rich diet.
I take multiple supplements for my overall health and skin care, but use a vanilla whey protein for post workout shakes only. I also take 5 grams of creatine per day in cycles, either in the morning if not on a workout day, or 2.5 grams before a workout and 2.5 grams after in my shake. I mix unflavored protein powder into the carb heavy dishes i make such as spaghetti sauce with pasta and cream of wheat for breakfast. I enjoy cooking though so most of the protein i get comes naturally from the food i make! Finally I use twinlab amino liquid fuel 1/2 serve before a workout and 1 serve after.

Its kind of funny but the sample text here is right... I'm my own worst critic and biggest fan, so I just want to be better lol
Just seeing the gains is enough to keep me going! Music helps too, always have my ipod at the gym.
