Why I Love It:
the way you fill after you work out, and the way you look after about 3-4 weeks of training.I love seeing the results and hearing the commments.

Im just taking now is hemp protein, and real foods! orangic fruit(apples,bananas,watermelo n,pears,pineapples) and teas, veggies (carrots, greens, greenbeans, cucumber,Broccoli), spaghetti,,chicken,beef, sometimes orangic milk, zico coconut water,unfined virgin coconut oil,hempmilk, orangic nuts !
