For the past two months I have been on and off with the gym. I know I should be going and I fell guilty for not but my heart just wasn't in it. Decided to take a rest till I felt motivated again and I'm finally there. I'm a little mad at myself as I was seeing great results in Q1 of this...
I'm doing good. Still enjoying being able to take the top off the Vette for another month or so. You must have a couple of rides left before you park it for the winter huh? Keep banging those weights buddy!
Brock, thanks for the add and the kudos! You have gotten off to a very motivated start and good to see you are getting over the first 4 weeks. Once you past that you have got it made. If you want to make legs fun, you need to make a goal that will really require you to work hard to achieve it. Heavy leg presses are an excellent choice. Heavy weight for 15 reps may hurt a bit, but the satisfaction of lifting big will trump that any day!
Thanks!! I love watching the fat melt, LOL! I feel like I'm shrinking right before my very eyes.. VERY MOTIVATING!Good Luck to you and reaching your fitness goals :-)
Sounds like you had a great time on your break? You are definately right about blending the training and workouts together with the diet! I got cought up with the wanting size and have been eating all wrong, yeah i gained size but not how i wanted. Have changed my diet totally and am looking to find definition. Keep working hard bro and it will happen.
