195 lbs. Need to drop another 5-10 lbs. This was taken after 2 months of lifting
190 lbs. Still need to drop 10 lbs. around mid section.
Hitting the gym again after four weeks off due to business trips, summer vacation travel etc. Very tough to maintain eating habits while travelling week after week but luckily managed to just put on 3 lbs. First day back was light however a great workout otherwise. Back and chest...
Thanks man! Breakfast is a zero impact meal bar, then 2 hrs later 1 scoop of whey isolate, lunch is chicken breast or tuna with veggies, 2 hrs later 15 grams of BCAA'S, 2 hrs later egg white omlet with chopped broccoli, then dinner is lean steak, chicken or fish with lots of green veggies.
Thank you! Actually, my BF is up!! I went through a "bulk" (ie. excuse to eat more!!) but put on some quality muscle. I think that's whats showing! Can't wait to lean up, though!! How's your diet been?
I didn't know if all that snow would ever melt! LOL! Good to hear you have had the bike out. It's all in the diet buddy, but food is so freaking good! All is well here. I hope it looks like it - I have been working my ass off! Hahaha! Take care bud.
Thanks! I wish!! When you get older, the caliper test puts you in a different category. So basically if I was 10 years younger but the exact same, I'd be leaner!! Go figure! LOL
