I started working out with my father's 40+ year old free weights after track season of my Junior year of High School.
Why I Love It:
I find it as a great outlet to practice dedication, commitment, and mental strength. And hell it's fun..

Bodybuilding videos, feats of strength, seeing others succeed, and succeeding myself.

So most of my friends know I'm into workout and nutrition.... A couple of them have come to me on numerous occasions asking me what they should do in order to get big and strong. When I start talking about nutrition, I can see it in their eyes. They're gone... Not long after that they'll divert...
