How I Started:
Due to change of career and eating poor foods made me rethink my life thus ended up finding a local gym and overhauling myself.
Why I Love It:
Things that inspire me to be honest are other people and transforming thereselves,thats why i love body building because you can make a difference to your appearance.Gives me a great challenge and it takes time!
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading online articles, keep looking at supplements and there effects,changing my programme to inspire.Having like minded people giving me strength!
BB Accomplishments:
Got to be 430 lbs on the deadlift, give me more!Target for the end of the year is 440 lbs! Bring it on baby xx leg press 206.4 lbs (so far) my pet weakness!

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
Benefits are encouragement that feeling of someones there to get that last rep and of course the spotter!Only at my cousins for this in the gym its me and me alone.

Training is good bro - switching things up! looking forward to UFC 107 - I like watching penn get hit, as he is ridiculously annoying! decent boxing and bjj skills though. I like sanchez. Aslo looking forward to Florian Vs Guida and Mir Vs Kongo. Not sure what to call yet! They could so easily go either way! I'll go for Penn (though I hope its sanchez), Florian and Mir. Havent had a chance to think about the undercard stuff yet! What u reckon? Training ok for u?
