Due to change of career and eating poor foods made me rethink my life thus ended up finding a local gym and overhauling myself.
Why I Love It:
Things that inspire me to be honest are other people and transforming thereselves,thats why i love body building because you can make a difference to your appearance.Gives me a great challenge and it takes time!
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading online articles, keep looking at supplements and there effects,changing my programme to inspire.Having like minded people giving me strength!
BB Accomplishments:
Got to be 430 lbs on the deadlift, give me more!Target for the end of the year is 440 lbs! Bring it on baby xx leg press 206.4 lbs (so far) my pet weakness!

Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
Benefits are encouragement that feeling of someones there to get that last rep and of course the spotter!Only at my cousins for this in the gym its me and me alone.

I just stopped by to wish you nothing but success as you work towards your fitness goal. Too many people think it can’t be done and so they don't even try but you have proven that with hard work and dedication it can be done. Keep up the great work. Yeh, compounds are pretty much all im doing at the moment. Bench, Squats, Deadlift, Chins, Dips, with some isolations stuff for forearms, traps, calves, biceps thrown in if im feeling energetic!
Main thing im doing is not pushing so hard or running myself down so much that i feel like giving up. This lifestyle is with me for life now. =]
Cheers for the comment! Only problem is that its all on my chest, back and thighs and i look no different with a shirt on, lol. A reson to keep going i suppose!
6 months in and im really getting good focused workouts now, good (if slow) results just trying not to get too fat!

Its a Hoist fitness system. The full meal deal! Pec/Smith/lat. Half free weights, 1/2 stack. Its beautiful! LOL, Should be for the $$. I also bought a powerblock set of dumbbells to 90lbs. Now I have a home gym to train with buddies! J~ :)
