Due to change of career and eating poor foods made me rethink my life thus ended up finding a local gym and overhauling myself.
Why I Love It:
Things that inspire me to be honest are other people and transforming thereselves,thats why i love body building because you can make a difference to your appearance.Gives me a great challenge and it takes time!
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading online articles, keep looking at supplements and there effects,changing my programme to inspire.Having like minded people giving me strength!
BB Accomplishments:
Got to be 451.9 lbs on the deadlift, give me more!REACHED MY DEADLIFT GOAL!!!! Bring it on baby xx leg press 206.4 lbs (so far) my pet weakness!
Why do you like having a workout partner? What are the benefits?
Benefits are encouragement that feeling of someones there to get that last rep and of course the spotter!Only at my cousins for this in the gym its me and me alone.

the tooth just fell out! no pain or blood.feels better without it. more man flu now,will do back in a minute,c what happens,hopefully next week will be slow so i can recharge abit.enjoy your weekend micheal,always a pleasure mate.

Was a pretty awesome night right? Did u enjoy? Sanchez was well and truly smashed. THe guy had to have spot on tactics against Penns quality. Unfortunately it looks like he sought help from frank spencer! The first time u get smashed in the head with a right cross, u think he might have opted to try a different combo. No, not old Sanchez - stick with it and get ur face caved in, lol! Its shocking how many of the fighters are sloppy and drop their hands! Schoolboy errors!

work at xmas,thats harsh mate.i just want to escape for two weeks. did chest today,not as strong as i should be,hangover from the man flu i spose,no energy for biceps.i havent stopped lifting for nearly two years now,maybe two weeks off without lifting will do me good.you have a good weekend too mate,all the best.

haha, yep still pulling hard. I did a wicked workout instead of my Deadlift program last week, that was Deadlift(225lbs) and Kettle bell swings(70lbs) for 21reps each, then 15 each, then 9 each. For time! It took 5:31... So I was second out of everyone in the gym, but that was my warmup, and everyone else did that as there workout...lol You should try it if you can get your hands on a kettle bell.
