Goal (Long):
I want my endurance back. I want to be up to 170lbs. I want defined abs and quads. I've never really been able to get nice calfs so I would like to define those also. I'm just going to take things one day at a time. With different changes in my life tha past couple of years I am much more patient. I'm not looking for a quick fix. Anything worth doing takes time as far as I'm concerned.

Tomorrow I will be getting a new gym membership. I believe this one will work better for me because I have a strange work schedule. I'll be joining Anytime Fitness, which is right next door to my work, and it's open 24/7. The other gym I had initially joined, and never went to, was open 5am -...
Hey Charles...Thanks for adding me. Good luck with losing fat and putting on muscle. Glad to see you setting a great example for your kids...it's important to see their parents put fitness and health as a priority. My kids always ask to run with me... take care
