So I turned 30 in September and I suppose my body and brain are telling me it's time to get back in shape. For myself and my loved ones.
Why I Love It:
I enjoy the feeling of accomplishment. I also enjoy the adrenaline rush.

I want to live healthier. I also want gain muscle and loose fat. Nothing really special. I am open to any words of ecouragement or comments!
Goal (Long):
I want my endurance back. I want to be up to 170lbs. I want defined abs and quads. I've never really been able to get nice calfs so I would like to define those also. I'm just going to take things one day at a time. With different changes in my life tha past couple of years I am much more patient. I'm not looking for a quick fix. Anything worth doing takes time as far as I'm concerned.

Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
I think Jamie Eason has a great build, she has been able to balance great tone with her womanly figure! No offense but I'm not attracted to women that look like men!

haha, that's what I thought! I think it's just throwing them off cause it seems like everytime they call me I'm working out... which I am! lol, but sitting on the couch hasn't been getting me the results I am looking for so exercise it is! :) Keep up the great work as well!
