How I Started: So I turned 30 in September and I suppose my body and brain are telling me it's time to get back in shape. For myself and my loved ones.

Goals:
Main Goal: Live Healthier
Goal (Short): I want to live healthier. I also want gain muscle and loose fat. Nothing really special. I am open to any words of ecouragement or comments!
Goal (Long): I want my endurance back. I want to be up to 170lbs. I want defined abs and quads. I've never really been able to get nice calfs so I would like to define those also. I'm just going to take things one day at a time. With different changes in my life tha past couple of years I am much more patient. I'm not looking for a quick fix. Anything worth doing takes time as far as I'm concerned.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 10 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 5%
