Right now I'm sittin at about 30% BF. 220 lbs. My first goal is to get back to or below 200 lbs, which I haven't seen in awhile. My long term goal is to get down to 180. When I reach my long term goal I will reassess my goals. If I got to 180 and maintained or even gained LBM I would get under 15% BF which is where I want to be.
