My Workout Program

short cardio warm up everyday...usually a mile run

M-bench, inclined bench, push ups, butterfly, db incline, db flat

T-barbell curls, dips, dumbell curl, tricep extensions, preacher curls, seated curls on a decline

W-crunches, reverse crunches, leg lifts, bicycle crunch, leg press, leg extensions

TH-same as monday but with upper back

F-same as tuesday
