cherish the time and moments you have before you have to go back to work and lift again
.I hated the idea of lifting light weight.so i met a guy who knows his stuff,He said do 10 sets of 10 ,i laughed.little did i know this would kick my butt.I started the 10x10 program 2-3 exercises per muscle group and weight started sky rocketing.The 30 seconds between sets is the key for this...
