When I Started:
Jan, 2008
How I Started:
I was entered into a program for my job that was physically more demanding than I was used to. I started using weights and I like the results.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because it gives me gains that I can see and measure. It also provides me with the ability to relax when I'm frustrated.
How I Stay Motivated:
ITS BECOME ADDICTIVE. I am trying to build a gym in my home so I can lift when I cant go to the gym. I've put up mirrors in the room I'm setting up to remind me to get up off my ass and work out.
To increase my overall muscle mass throughout my body, without over producing fat cells.
Goal (Long):
I want to have the greek figure again. I will continue to increase in size until I reach my goal of having a lean, cut body at 210 lbs. This is my goal weight in muscle to reach and maintain.
I know it may not be your belief, but it is mine, so Merry Christmas. If it is not your belief, thats cool, Happy Holidays. I hope the season brings a new kindness to your life and a hope for a better future. Keep up the good work.
Actually, I'm not really concentrating on going any lower on bodyfat as of yet. I am too small to be thinking about that. I need to put on some good amount of quality muscle before I start cutting down again. I just hope that I stay around the same bodyfat while doing it.
Thanks! Results of a decent cut, and maintaining a lot more mass this time. I lost way too much mass last cut. This time I kept the calories up! I can't wait to stop dieting down though and gain more size! How's training for ya?
