How I Started:
I started working out to supplement my Martial Arts and Muay Thai training. I only begun to properly focus on bodybuilding and proper nutrition in 2004.
Why I Love It:
I love challenging and pushing myself to the limits, increasing my strength, seeing what I'm capable of and watching my body transform. Further, I love both the pain and the rewards!
How I Stay Motivated:
Don’t really need to, its almost as if the training motivates me. I find it hard to go a day without doing something.

Nothing to special, just put on some solid muscle in about 2 years...

Goal (Long):
I train in Muay Thai which evolved from training and fighting in both Taekwondo and Freestyle Karate which I started at a very young age. I haven't had a fight in a while and have spent the last few years dedicating myself to the bodybuilding lifestyle and putting on some solid muscle. Now that I've gained a good solid foundation I'm focused on losing some excess fat while keeping my muscle and strength. Ultimately, I want to cut my weight to about 95kg, improve my fitness level and prepare myself for some upcoming fights.
