Background

When I Started: Jul 2004
HOW I STARTED:

I was always skinny growing up and teased for being shy, tall and lanky. I was sick of it and in the summer of 2006 after gaining the knowledge of how to do so I put myself on a 12 week muscle gaining program and gained 26 pounds clean. No steroids and no harmful supplements. I turned my story into an ebook and named it "No Excuses Just Results" and eventually and ALL-IN-ONE Muscle building transformation KIT to inspire and educate young hardgainers and people everywhere. I have never been more proud of anything in my life. I am a huge fan of Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sylvestor Stallone especially from the late 70's and 80's and being of Indian descent, a huge fan of Bollywood movies and many modern day actors the likes of Hrithik Roshan and Salman Khan who have also inspired me to work out. In addition Greg Plitt is a huge motivation. It's the cycle of life. I inspire others and others inspire me. It will always be this way.

WHY I LOVE IT:

It is my passion. The joy and greatness I feel from a mind blowing pump is priceless. I got certified as a personal trainer a few years ago to educate myself and now I want to help others who were just like me to grow as people inside and out. You are stronger than you think. Stay positive and results will come. I am a living example.
