down to about 145 after pledging...sweat, blood, and tears weigh a lot...shedded all of the above out. Low BF but pretty frail, having the flu will do that to ya.

Happy to see improvement after 9 weeks off. shows what muscle memory can do for you. 15 lbs lean muscle in 4-5 wks :)
