thnx bro! came in leaner than I ever have but not good enough for 1st yet. I took 4th. Gotta pack on some lbs of lean mass for next year...like 10 lbs. Hopefully that'll do the trick.

It was great! I'm excited for next year too!... And next week when I start back to training hard :) Gotta go pack on some muscle for next year so I can stand a chance. You looked friggin amazing! Even more inspiring than last year!

Exactly, why change what's already working well? That is the mindset that will help us maintain stability and outperform others in the long-run. Ironman huh?... Not sure about myself (I hope I go pro in WNBF :) That would be really cool!), but I def' come cheer you on! What class ya goin for?

Yes! Last week is here! Im not doing anything too far from the norm. I follow a very "non-mainstream": the ogirnal Warrior Diet. Im just gonna have high carb day (about 30-50g more thn usual on Wed and then high fat on Thurs/Fri (almonds) and push on through with my training for the last week.

9 days, but I wish 8 lol. SUPER EXCITED! Not quite as lean as you were last year, but I just might make it the day of :) It's gonna be another tough one, but Im feeling ready and full of energy! How you been doin? When's your next show?

Glad to hear you're turning it up! It's been tough training here (110 degrees yesterday), but since you're pushing harder, so am I :) Feelin good despite the heat. Can't wait to see what you bring to the stage!

indeed my cardio is insane. Glad ya like it ;) I only do 20 minutes total, 3 days a week though. It's all about metabolism boosting...and saving time :)

Super excited!!! Can't begin to describe it :) Luke and I are sending a lotta support each others' way even though we plan to stand toe to toe in the overall if all goes well. It's GREAT!
