Start a new routine after 8 weeks on a different routine to add a change to my mind set and to fool my body. Will change again after this 8 week period.
I guess that week off has caught up. Lost weight, Lost muscle weight and gained body fat. Next time I take the week off will have to follow the diet and stay away from the beer. Lifted heavier this week so guess I needed the break.
Stopped doing cardio as the weight came down and just use it for warming up and warming down until the muscle gains appear then will go back to LIT cardio.
Chest - Back and Biceps Monday's 6:15PM
DB Bench Press - 3 sets of 10 reps
DB Incline Press - 3 sets of 10 reps
Cable Flyes - 3 sets...
trust me its there.I think ill slim down first then worry about bulking up.Thank you though and its looks like you have made some pretty good progress yourself.
Yo, man I just dont know. I hit the weights hard about four days a week and I try to consume about 440g of protein a day, but I started taking some new supps and I dont know if that affected my weight or what. I consistantly stay around 220 so perhaps I just had a fluke or something. Beats me me bro.
