I am a mother of three beautiful children, I am so inspired by women that have had children, And there bodies look amazing! One of my goals for the 08 is to get my body the way I want it! And I know with hard work and dedication I can do this!

Thanks for the add and nice words. You're in the right place for a start, I'd say get lifting minimum 3 days a week and cardio 3 - 5 times per week. Eat a healthy diet with lean protein, complex carbs and EFA's for your goals and you'll be well on your way! :)
