Clean, nutritious, delicious.
I don't use supplements. Real food works just fine. I don't eat 'diet' foods or artificial sweeteners, and keep added sugars to a minimum. My food choices revolve around nutrient dense foods. Gluten makes me very sick. I love carbs and eat at least 300g per day. I buy peanut butter by the kilo.
