Clean, nutritious, delicious.

I don't use supplements. Real food works just fine. I don't eat 'diet' foods or artificial sweeteners, and keep added sugars to a minimum. My food choices revolve around nutrient dense foods. Gluten makes me very sick. I love carbs and eat at least 300g per day. I buy peanut butter by the kilo.

  • yeah I get that. They say to go under maintenance to lose fat but... it only ever hurts or your hunger gets too distracting and you can't work!

DickSun Good luck with your bulk! Speaking from experience, be sure to maintain discipline and stick to your program, do NOT get discouraged with slow weight gains, harsh decisions lead to too much fat accumulation. NOT fun.
