I created a diet and exercise program for myself. I lost 112 lbs. between 03/07 and 03/09. I've now gained 15 lbs. of muscle and have set a PR on bench press.
Why I Love It:
I'm attempting a massive transformation process.
The hardest work is behind me, but I am going to get a lot leaner.
Why? Because it's something I've never had.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing results, Respect earned, liking what I see in the mirror instead of hating it.
BB Accomplishments:
Always in progress.
1)Losing 112 lbs.
2)Having 17 inch guns.
3)Bench pressing 375.

In March of 2007 I weighed 320 lbs. I played college football and semi-pro briefly. I packed on a lot of weight for the sport and gained even more when I stopped playing.
I made a diet/exercise program and lost 112 lbs.
Since April '09, I started hitting the weights really hard. I've never been this strong, and I've never looked this good, but I'm not content.
I'm currently at 14.5% BF and am working towards 10% BF and staying at the current or gaining strength.
A compliment from someone that's never walked in your shoes is nice, but a compliment from someone who's fought and won the same fight means so much more.
