Got tired of being the skinny kid, wanted to beef up and get stronger.
Why I Love It:
i feel better physically and just as an all around person, keeps me out of trouble, i feel ive gained a respect from a lot of people as well.

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
In my routine I would say deadlifts, it's a high risk exercise that should only be executed with perfect form.
