I am basically tired of being the so call "fat girl". I figure I have lived my life to be a lazy and alone. I want to become more active and gain more friends in sports that i enjoy watching but finally be playing.

My goal is to loose 55 lbs. so I can be in the best shape for Rugby.
Goal (Long):
Growning up I have always been the fat kid in all my schools. Most of my friends got to be able to pick out the latest fashion and have great boyfriends. I had to turn into a comic just to make friends. Deep down inside I always wanted the attention and love from the oppsite sex. This is why I am dedicating myself to the gym to gain back all the years lost that I had to stand in the shadows and dream. This is my year to take back my life and become the person I should of been in school. My main goal is to become least 100 lbs. lighter and have an amazing six pack and arms.

How many days per week do you do cardio?

What is your favorite cardiovascular exercise? Why?
I love using the precor elliptical. I believe its a full body workout and its easier on my knees.

My schedule sucks, my job works me too much or not enough and there are no breaks from class and then throw my son in there and I'm pretty much a chicken without a head most of the week but I get to the gym like 4-6 times a week depending in life's little curve balls. I guess thats why I like this site so much, keeps me focused and motivated.

It's coming, I'm more sore than anything but whatever. Congrats on going back to school, it's worth it. I graduate in less than a year now and hopefully that will open up some doors professionally for me.
