I qualified for Nationals at my last competition, but I know in order to represent well, I need to put on about 10 lbs, and it has to be muscle! At my age, that's tough, and I have a hard time gaining weight.
Goal (Long):
I've always been into fitness and bodybuilding, but competing was just something those beautiful bodies in the magazines did-it never occured to me that I would ever be on that stage! Now that I am there, I don't want anything but 1st place. At my age, I don't have time to waste or to settle for less. My last contest I only placed 2nd so I have changed up my routines, and eating more, and can already see the difference.

I want to GAIN 10 lb

When I'm not training for a race I'm just doing 2 or 3 miles when I run. Everything I do is just to stay fit, no comps for me. But I do wish I could lean out more. Any advice?

Yes, I work out at home. Do you have any quick tips for losing body fat? I can't seem to drop below 25%. I'm guessing better nutrition and more cardio, huh?

You go Girl! You look amazing. Just joined the 50+ group, us ladies gotta stick together. I commend your efforts and sacrafices it takes to have that body. I'm not that dedicated, love my beer and nachos on the weekends and big family dinners! But I do pretty freakin good for a grandma of 3!
