Started working with weights when I had tried several times to change my body by dieting or running alone. Diets and running worked to lose weight but it always came back, and did nothing to reshape my body. I started reading and found that lifting was definately the way to go.
Why I Love It:
We give so much to satisfy others. We listen to family, friends and even co workers. For those hours I spend in the gym Its me and me alone, my time spent on me.
How I Stay Motivated:
Its a struggle for sure, but theres always someone who wants to be better than you, the same as the person who wants to keep you down. The harder I work, the competition gets further away.
BB Accomplishments:
Doing 2 commercials for Ultimate Fitness Center 2005 and 2006.

I want to be superiorily confident with myself and what I look like, NO this little fat here or joggle here, I want the package deal. I want the video chick body... shoulders.... legs... smile!
stepmill was fired directly from redline and tears. Sadness I must say isnt the best motivator. But waiting for the endorphins makes it worth it. Ive been slacking tremendously and my lack of confidence is directly linked to the undisiplined gym attempts. No time like now.
