Preparing for High School Sports I started lifting in Grade School
Why I Love It:
Way to push my self further now since I am done playing sports. In the past the sole perpurpose was to perform better on the field by the work I did in the gym
How I Stay Motivated:
Gained some Weight in college while still power lifting. Have shifted my focus to losing weight while trying to maintain as much muscle as possible. Have been very successful in that and now am trying to maintain muscle while losing BF

What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
Usually just a whey protein and glutimine product in order to get the must needed absorbtion right away to help repair the muscles I just tore apart :)

8-15 depending if I am supersetting or not

used to take a long time when i was power lifting but i try to limit it to 90 sec at most now
