Preparing for High School Sports I started lifting in Grade School Lightly and got straight addicted to lifting heavy weight
Why I Love It:
Way to push my self further now since I am done playing sports. In the past the sole perpurpose was to perform better on the field by the work I did in the gym. No I need to fill that Competitive void.
How I Stay Motivated:
The Mirror keeps me grounded! Everyday I think I am getting were I need to go. the next day I look at myself and know I still have a lot of work to do. Knowing there is someone out there outworking me is my motivation!!!!
BB Accomplishments:
Hoping to Finally compete in late 2010!! Wish me luck
What supplements do you take immediately after your workout? Why?
Usually just a whey protein and glutimine product in order to get the must needed absorbtion right away to help repair the muscles I just tore apart :)

8-15 depending if I am supersetting or not

used to take a long time when i was power lifting but i try to limit it to 90 sec at most now
