Why I Love It:
The endorphins and being able to mold and sculpt my body.

Seeing the results of hard work and eating clean. Also, my incredible personal trainer keeps me motivated and encouraged.

Don't think I will be able to make that goal of 300lbs on the Leg Press by the end of this month.  I got sick and then had some chest pains and ended up in the hospital for a night.  All together I was off from working out and eating healthy for 2 weeks.  Just this past Monday was my first...
