i started it as that my friends had joined
gym and they told me that you will all get pumped and will feel much better as now you are,,,,,,,
Why I Love It:
i love it because it keeps me active,healthier,smart...........and i feel really good after working out.......

Use dumbells instead of barbells in your lifts your smaller bodypart will soon catch up

That's not unusual. It's normal to have one body part to grow more then another. It will get better as you continue to train. Check out my blogs for some great tips and help with bodybuilding. Best to ya! ed aka Ol Supe
