got off work today and did the "back rehab" session for PT. this normally consists of a totally body workout, without stressing out your back. the class was 30 mins long and i did cardio on the stationary bike.
stationary bike-6 miles in 24 mins manual level 5 160 cal

Hi Kim; Your pics look great! Also, thanks for your courageous and dedicated service for our country in the Air Force. My dad served down at Andrews AFB his 2nd time around. We lived down the highway from you in Burtonsville when it was only a super market there and they had just built the Columbia Mall. BTW, I served in the Navy. Best regards, Scott
