my lifts are always increasing.For the record..
My heavy squats are not to the floor,they are more like half reps as my knee has problems.But i can leg press full reps.go figure?sometimes a prefere less weight on squats but ass to grass.

i don't think your giving urself enough credit man. i'm trying to cut some bf% and gains some lean muscle mass. have had some modest gains. love the iron, but it's my weakness for the red vino that makes my challenge constant. LOL you sound motivated man, keep rocking it.
Paul, you look TERRIFIC!!! And thank you so much for the compliment, that was very sweet. Yeah Pantera does change everything, doesn't it just change you into a different person? LOL!
I also do those ones 360 degrees i.e. starting legs lowered and rotate all the way around clockwise to the bottom again and then repeat anti clockwise. They are a little bit easier. Aside from that I just do standard ab exercises, using weight to reduce the rep range whereever possible.
