its a hobby that is all..
my lifts are always increasing.For the record..My deadlift are from the shins,so not so much ass in the lift..I dont want an ass like J.lo.
My squats are not to the floor,they are more like half reps as my knee has problems and i havnt had repaired yet.But i can leg press full reps with less weight

This was taken when I was first starting out after a year of doing nothing.
cutting.Im over it.Lost 3kg's in 2 weeks.Think mostly muscle.I dont have any to spare.now to try and gain it back.**** cutting
Winter..Bulking.High carbs,high protein,6-7 meals(including shakes) per day.Low reps,extra sets.etc cutting in spring so im ready to flaunt it in summer.I have never seen my abs,but i dont wanna bescrawny and skinny with a 6 pack,i would like to be muscular and defined,not neccesarily ripped though.no goal to compete or anything.I like pie
cutting is depressing.sure losing fat is great,but not size.trained shoulders today,everyone that see's me comments "u lost size,your small and skinny",not the vibe i wanted.So trashed my shoulders with a PB 22.5kg dumbells front delt raise for 10 reps each side,shoulder...

To be honest...two toddler sons who don't believe me when I say "Daddy's not a jungle gym!" Other than that I have no idea cause I haven't been able to lift for weeks now!
