How I Started:
I started lifting weights between my freshman and sophomore year... The way I got started was my dad. He made me do a certain workout everyday before he would buy me a weight set.
Why I Love It:
Because of how it makes me feel. I love knowing that I have a certain amount of power and strength that I can use in various ways.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that if I let up someone gains on me. I'm incredibly competitive and I hate losing when I believe that I can win. I'm very competitive. I never want to feel like I got out worked.
BB Accomplishments:
I set three lifting records while I was in high school. Our squat, powerclean, and Big 3 total (bench, clean and squat). I also currently have a world record for the American Powerlifting Association for squat for age 19 and a weight of 220lbs. I squatted 631lbs. In athletics I have accomplished a lot of things that I set out to do. I now have a vertical higher than 36 inches, I can run faster than a 4.5 40yd dash, I can run around a 7 second 3-cone drill, my standing broad jump is around 11ft.

Goal (Long):
I'm currently about 220lbs. I compete in strongman, powerlifting, and olympic lifting. I'm trying to gain weight while staying fit and explosive. It's quite difficult. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

yea speed and agility are the main things im focusing on. i was thinking about buying something to help me train like speed parachute or the speed sled. do you know if they work cause i never used any
yea man i want to play tailback. but we have two more tailbacks faster then me and im probably be moved to fullback. thats why im trying to get fatser. i run a 4.9 right now. trying to run at least a 4.7 by next season
