hard these days. my downfall is not wanting to watch my calories etc but mainly motivation comes from the fact I dont like the way my body looks and know exactly what I want to look like. I love my curves and dont want to lose them, but dont want them covered in fat!

bm4ddox I haven't used kettle elks before but I hear they are really effective. And on your flute only day I think you should add quads and hamstrings to that too if you don't already have a day for those too imo. But yeah I think that will work out for you Aug 1, 2012 12:22pm

MissTeacher I used lots of different spices to keep things interesting :) I'm not hungry because the portions a right for my body and my goals. MissTeacher HI! Thank you! I have been following wonderful meal plans created for me by stevep78, Steve Poynter on FB, and www. fitnesspoynters. com. It's a macronutrient plan and carb cycling. I eat good sources of fats, carbs and proteins. The most processed things I eat are protein powder and on higher carb days I might eat a rice cake. Everything else is all natural. May 27, 2012 6:38pm
