I don't follow a specific program. I make my own based on what I've found works best for me. I follow most Fighter Diet concepts, though.
I limit dairy and gluten, although I don't cut them out completely. I'm intolerant to both so they make me sick and bloated.
Most of my carbs come from vegetables.
I rarely eat fruit - maybe once a week.
My calories usually range between 1400-1800, although I try to average aroud 1500 for the week.
My target macro is 40/40/20.
Protein sources - white meat, fish, whey powder, greek yogurt.
I usually have 3 large meals and one small. I don't do the 6-meal-a-day thing, just doesn't work for me. I follow a kind of intermittent fasting routine. My appetitie is too big for a 200 calorie meal every 2 hours.
I eat clean probably 80% of the time. Main cheat is pizza and mac&cheese because I waitress at a pizza/sports grill so it's just always there.

I cycle on and off different supps. I'm always trying something new. It's a constant experiment.
I started RoxyLean yesterday - August 25, 2012. It's crazy fn crack. NOT FOR BEGINNERS!!!!!!!
RoxyLean is following a cycle of Slin Sane - which I loved, and Slin Sane V2 - which SUCKED!
I was on Beverly International Lean Out, 7 Keto, Density, Glutamine, and UMP for a year and had awesome results - highly recommend if you can afford it. I can't anymore lol
I take Equate Multi every day.
I'm cycling off fish oil and vit D for a while to give my body a break from so many pills. I was up to about 20 pills a day for supps.
I also take peppermint oil pills and Gut Health for digestive issues.
