Hey, i've actually made the transition away from being vegan, and am now eating dairy, eggs, and fish. I'm finding that I'm getting leaner way faster now that I'm eating this way. I think it's pretty hard to get enough protein to feel full while cutting body fat! However, if you do want to go vegan you can try gemma pea protein or hemp protein instead of soy :)

Hey there, I actually just use Optimum nutrition whey to have post workout. I also take green tea extract and a b-vitamin complex sometimes but not that regularly. I also am considering taking some fish oil for healthy fats, but right now I just put some flax seed powder in my oatmeal. Green tea is a slight metabolism booster, and a de-stresser (but I don't have evidence other than my personal experience) What are you considering?

My boyfriend's kind of on a meal plan, but he's bulking so it's probably not what you guys are looking for. Me, I'm trying to cut fat. I'm also a vegetarian so I'm not sure if what I've got would be good for you! Let me know if you're still interested though and I'll send you what I follow. The macros would probably still be helpful.

Hey Alyse, I'm not training with a trainer yet- my boyfriend is into powerlifting and helped me with a routine. I read a lot of stuff and asked a lot of questions on this forum and designed a diet. Let me know if you want more info on that! I think I will try to find a figure coach next semester (I'm in grad school) after I've lost some initial body fat :)
