How I Started:
I used to be really fat. I lost a lot of weight in a short period of time around 3 years ago. I started riding BMX practically everyday for hours. I knew nothing about proper diet so all that cardio catabolized my muscles. I lost a lot of fat, but unfortunately a lot of muscle mass as well. I looked like someone that just left a concentration camp.
I mainly wanted to get big and cut. At the time I thought I'd go to the gym a couple times a week and do three main excercises (bench, curls, and sit-ups) and I'd start looking like guys you see in magazines. I did know anything about diet, proper training, or proper form.
Over time I learned a lot of things, and almost two years later I'm almost 40 lbs bigger.
Why I Love It:
Self satisfaction, it makes me really happy knowing that im strong
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at inspiration photos and videos of pro bodybuilders. I also look at little ectomorphs in my school and it motivates me because I know I am suceeding at not looking like that.

you saw me while i was on it. i think its a product the fuks w/ ur head. by reading the description i seriously dont know what it is supposed to do. its gonna make u have 'hard' muscle. lol. i did notice it being firmer when relaxed but still. lol. wtf is it? this calls for a thread. lol (i guess serious)
after all ur taking it w/ mstak. i wanna get a citruline malate supp (hopefully w/ lutein in it). idk. the only good thing i see about AP so far is its pills...only time will tell...

yea. it works but can you do this: render something in ulead, make new comp in AE w/ the settings of what u rendered by draging the thing onto the little ikona. then make (render) the transition video w/ those comp settings. if thats possible it will make the vid appear full screen in ulead and not w/ a border. idk (its przejebane, maybe this is why im not the owner of videocopilot. lol)
how did u render the vid out? did u use ulead? if you can use ulead: create video file -> DV -> NTSC DV (4:3). So its the same size in ulead (not smaller). tenkju. if it works it will make my life a million times easier...
