Days 5-15

Wow...It has been a bit since my last update. I recently started my new job at a Physical Therapy Practice (going back to school for this in a year and a half, but getting experience for now) and have been working 7-7. Busy days, but things are great. As a result, I haven't been able to get to the gym, so I did some different training last week that look like this: 10 High Jumps AMAP Pullups Jumping Lunges AMAP Close Grip Pushups 15 Bulgarian Split Squats 10-15 Horizontal BW Rows AMAP Regular Pushups 25 BW Squats 15 Mountain Climbers 50 KB Swings This was done all in a row. Days 4 and 5 - Workout 2 and Conditioning Day

So days four and five of my Triazole/Act-X run are in the books.  Workout for day four was a little lower rep work for legs:

Squat - 175X3, 185X3, 195X3, 215X2, 225X1, 245X1


Chinups - BWX18, BWX15, BWX13, BWX9


Pullthroughs -  140X12, 150X10


Standing Calf Raises - 185X15 (3), Dropset 135X50 (OUCH!)

Day 3 - Workout 1

Today was my third day on Triazole + Act-X. Saturday I did some light conditioning/sled pulling and Sunday was completely off, so today was my first lifting day. Here's what I did (after warm ups of course): 1.) Seated Military Press (Thumbless grip) - 115X7,6,6 2.) 1 Board Press (Close Grip) - 175X5, 185X5,5 SS W/ Prone DB Rows - 55X12, 60X8,8 3.) DB Skullcrushers - 25X12,12,12 SS W/ Cable Upright Rows - 110X12, 120X10, 110X10 Pretty fast workout (lasted about 35-40) minutes, which is how I like it usually. Numbers are okay.
