Airdyne bike interval training
20 min. duration. 20 seconds sprint, 10 seconds rest for whole 20 min.

THRUSDAY
Whole body circuit. There are 9 different exercises, each one consists of doing 3x10 on each before moving on to the next lift. This is timed, and you get 80 seconds from the start of your first set until you start your next so. Example, if you start your first set of squats and it takes you 50 seconds to finish 10 reps, you get 30 seconds to rest before you start your 2nd set. If you do it correctly, you will be finished in 36 minutes.

that_guy52 Awesome, muscle confusion is key! I tried crossfit a couple weeks back and like the nonconventional, high intensity workout. They incorporated a wide range of motion, weight, and core work into a 20 minute workout. I was sore for days after. VillainChien Oh, yeah? You're going to start doing PITT? It's only 2-3 workouts a week total. If you did 5, you'd be in the hospital within a month. ;-) Anyway, I'm enjoying doing the traditional training for a while. Heavy weight, not too stressful, I get to hit the gym just about every day.
